Profile

More than 35 years HTI-GESAB Hoch-Temperatur Industrieanlagen GmbH is successfully manufacturing and delivering Thermal Oil-Heater plants for ship building and industry.

In 1967 HTI Hoch-Temperatur Industrieanlagen, has been established as a single company. In 1971 the company grew from engineering office - headquarter Hamburg - to a production plant in Ellerau before the gates of Hamburg. In 1981 HTI changed into GmbH (private limited company - plc).

In July 2001 the enterprise cooperate with the License partner Gesab Göteborgs Energy Systems AB and created HTI-GESAB Hoch- Temperatur Industrieanlagen GmbH as a new society.

Today HTI-GESAB Hoch- Temperatur Industrieanlagen GmbH are a highly motivated team with headquarter in Germany, as well as a agencies in Sweden and China.

In Ellerau is the manufacturing of heater up to a single weight of 25 t with a cacity of max. 10.000 kW and on inquiry bigger than that.

Up to now, HTI-GESAB Hoch- Temperatur Industrieanlagen GmbH has deliver more than 700 heater plants for marine operating and more than 600 land plants, which distinguishes our cometence and our know-how in this area.

The traffic-favourable location of the HTI GESAB Hoch- Temperatur Industrieanlagen GmbH to the BAB A7 and to the airport Hamburg ensures a fast and reliable service.

Field of possibilities for thermal oil plants

General:
Thermal oil plants on the basis of mineral heat carrier oils or synthetic heat carriers can be employed in industrial, technological heat processes which require temperatures between 120 °C and 400 °C.

Advantages:
The advantages of thermal oil plants, contrary to steam plants, are:
• plants work almost unpressurised or plants with synthetic heat carriers work with low steam pressure respectively
• maintenance of heat carrier similar to water processing for steam boiler plants, is not needed
• corrosion of boiler plants, pipe line systems, heat exchangers in consumer and at armatures is excluded, due to the anti-corrosion characteristics of heat carrier oil
• possibilities of heating as well as cooling with same heat carrier if an adequate plant unit is available
• due to qualities of heat carrier it is guaranteed that even with erections out of doors and temperatures below zero, no freezing of heat carrier will occur.

Products:

  • Thermal Oil Heaters
  • Auxiliary Heater Type HE
  • Exhaust Gas Heat Exchanger Type AHE
  • Thermal Oil Heating Systems
